    Which is better heatsink or fan??

    Answer
    Basically, fan heatsinks provide cool air inside the computer. The main benefit to a heatsink-only arrangement is less noise. Heatsink fans required to be standing upwards so that hot air can immediately send out of the computer and cool air be pulled in.
