Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation can be requested only through your Xfurbish account.  

  • Request for “Order Cancellation” can be initiated only when the Order Status is in “Processing”.

  • Order status which is marked as “Ready to Ship” & “Shipped” can’t be canceled.

  • Once the Order is canceled customer would be notified through mail.
